The Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist is responsible for managing and optimising the organisation’s digital presence across multiple brands and platforms. This role combines website management, digital marketing, paid media, reporting, and creative support to drive brand consistency, user engagement, and revenue growth.
The position plays a key role in ensuring all digital channels are up to date, optimised for performance, and aligned with business objectives, with a strong focus on direct bookings, lead generation, and measurable return on investment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Management & Optimisation
- Manage and maintain multiple brand websites, ensuring all content is accurate, current, and visually aligned with brand standards
- Perform front-end updates, including content changes, images, banners, promotions, and service information
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and user experience across all digital platforms
- Implement and maintain basic on-site SEO, including:
- Meta titles and descriptions
- Image optimisation
- Content structuring for improved search visibility
- Continuously optimise websites to support direct enquiries, bookings, and lead generation
2. Digital Presence & Social Media Support
- Monitor and evaluate overall digital presence across platforms
- Provide regular highlight reports on social media activity and digital performance
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or areas requiring updates
- Recommend improvements to ensure all digital platforms remain relevant, active, and aligned with business goals
- Track general online visibility and performance trends
3. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Produce weekly performance reports with a focus on revenue and direct booking trends
- Analyse booking behaviour, conversion trends, and digital performance metrics
- Provide insights on:
- Performance trends over time
- Opportunities for growth
- Areas requiring improvement
- Deliver actionable recommendations to support business decision-making
4. Paid Media & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as:
- Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to improve campaign performance
- Optimise ad copy, creatives, and landing page alignment
- Monitor and improve conversion rates, lead quality, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Support lead generation initiatives, including campaigns for events, conferencing, and bookings
5. Creative & Content Support
- Provide photography and visual content support when required
- Capture content for marketing, internal communications, and brand storytelling
- Support internal events and brand-related shoots
- Assist with the creation and curation of digital content aligned with brand identity
