FT Contract - Warehouse Intern - Ekurhuleni (East Rand) - South Africa

Duties

• Managing internal queries between Operations and PSS.
• Maintaining the Daily Wave Failures dashboard (critical, as unresolved items delay picking).
• Managing the Outbound Line Status report and associated dashboards- giving all stakeholders visibility of output throughout the day.
• Candidate should have Intermediate excel skills would be a great help to work through data when required as well as dashboards etc.
• Possible scheduling tasks.
• Monitoring of replenishment tasks. 
• Assisting the team with customer calls.

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and processes.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Basic numeracy and record‑keeping skills.

• Awareness of health, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Education

• Matric and a qualification in Operations Management or a similar field.
