CNC Machine Operator & Design Technician

A premium off‑road caravan manufacturer seeks a skilled CNC Machine Operator & Design Technician to deliver precise, high‑quality, custom‑built caravan components.

The ideal candidate will bring strong CNC operating capability, Rhino design proficiency, and a meticulous approach to precision manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC machinery to cut panels and caravan components with accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare, adjust, and optimise design drawings in Rhino for CNC cutting.
• Translate technical and design drawings into accurate production files.
• Assist with custom design specifications for client‑specific builds.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure quality, precision, and alignment with project requirements.
• Communicate with clients when required regarding custom design needs or adjustments.
• Ensure correct material usage, cutting accuracy, and adherence to project specifications.

Requirements

• Proven CNC machine operating experience

• Hands‑on experience with Rhino design software
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• High attention to detail and precision in manufacturing
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to adapt designs for production
