We are seeking two experienced and detail-oriented Quality Controllers to join our HDPE and telecommunication plastic pipe manufacturing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that all raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet required international quality standards (including ISO standards).
The role involves conducting inspections, performing technical quality tests, identifying defects, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the quality management system.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Inspection
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished HDPE and telecom pipe products
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and international specifications (e.g. ISO standards)
Testing & Analysis
- Perform quality control tests including:
- Tensile strength testing
- Heat reversion testing
- Carbon black dispersion testing
- Hydrostatic pressure testing
- Record and interpret test results accurately
Defect Identification & Resolution
- Identify product defects and non-conformities
- Report findings and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Conduct root cause analysis to support continuous improvement
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems and industry best practices
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare detailed inspection and test reports
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation
- Ensure traceability of tested materials and products
