A leading waste‑management and logistics operation is seeking a highly analytical Fleet Reporting & Data Analyst to support the Operations Manager with accurate, structured and insight‑driven reporting.
This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented data professional who thrives in an operational environment and enjoys transforming raw fleet data into meaningful business intelligence. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving productivity, cost visibility, and operational decision‑making.
Duties and Responsabilities:
- Build and maintain weekly and monthly fleet performance dashboards to track operational efficiency.
- Extract, clean, validate and reconcile large datasets from NAV – Dynamics 365 Business Central and internal systems.
- Analyse fleet productivity metrics, including stops per day, route efficiency and truck utilisation.
- Monitor driver and assistant timekeeping, overtime patterns and attendance accuracy.
- Produce structured overtime and productivity reports by depot, vehicle and route.
- Identify cost trends across fuel, maintenance, labour and operational variances.
- Prepare month‑on‑month variance analyses to support management decision‑making.
- Develop structured Excel and Google Sheets models, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH and conditional formatting.
- Collaborate with controllers, workshop teams and weighbridge staff to verify and validate operational data
- Highlight anomalies, deviations and operational risks through clear, concise reporting and insights.
