Job Description	Manage factory with full responsibility of 25 staff Manage deboning hall including costing and controls of profit & Loss Manufacturing of cold meats Range 50 lines including loafs and specialties Product Recipe development for various LSM groups Production Planning according to rate of sale Value added range for retail fresh meat products Month end stock as well as financials Hygiene standards according to HACCP requirements and iso 22000 Ordering (Dry stock , packaging , Frozen stock range for retail and calculated deboned stock for re sale according to rate of sale) Maintain Key accounts and acquire new account relationships Ability to work under pressure Planograms ( Layout & Range )  Production Planning (According to rate of sale) Cutting Schedule Best Practice on Shelf life Hygiene ( Cleaning Schedules; Temp Recordings ;Suggested  cleaning companies and Frequencies of deep cleans and responsible staff) Merchandise Trends   To apply immediately for this position click here.
