Matric / Diploma in Marketing (added advantage)
Minimum 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in customer service and sales.
Extensive product knowledge of Mining equipment.
Extensive knowledge of the industry and customer requirements and expectations.
Excellent Understanding of mining application and methods
Computer Skills:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Proven ability to develop new sales opportunities based on prior experience
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation and persuasive negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of economics and market trends impacting sales
Good knowledge of equipment configuration, application, and operation
Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Competent in technical evaluation of client requirements and KPI monitoring
