Permanent - Telesales Agent - Inbound and Outbound - Cape Town - South Africa

Location:  Cape Town - Montague Gardens

Reporting to: Telesales Team Leader

Roles and Responsibilities:

Inbound/Outbound existing base and cold call telephone sales and aftersales service

Customer service and marketing

Order processing and administration

Customer data maintenance

Sales target achievement

Processing credit notes

Resolving customer queries

Offer focus products and specials on every call

• Area of residence – 30km radius from Montague Gardens 
• Minimum of 6 months’ telesales experience
• Matric or equivalent.
• Computer literate – proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook, experience in other programs related to sales and order processing. 
• Well organized with strong administrative skills.
• Willing to work under pressure with high call targets
• Team player, highly motivated, strong interpersonal skills 
• South African Citizen.
• Well-spoken / good English. 
• Afrikaans speaking is an advantage
• No Criminal Record or Charges. 
• Clear credit history.
