- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Spa Stock Controller / Procurement professional to join our hospitality team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory of spa products and supplies, as well as overseeing the procurement process to ensure that the spa is well-stocked with high-quality products.
- Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track inventory levels of spa products and supplies
- Coordinate with suppliers to place orders for spa products, equipment, and supplies
- Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and deliveries
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Work closely with spa management to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain management
- Key Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office suite

Procurement Controller: typically 3–5 years procurement or inventory-control experience.
- Drivers License
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes of stock
- Stand for extended periods of time while conducting inventory checks
- Mobility to navigate through storage areas and access supplies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively liaise with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices and deliveries
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with spa managers and staff on stock needs
- Proficient in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple competing priorities
- Attention to detail in documenting stock movements and adjustments
- Capable of analyzing stock usage and trends to forecast future needs
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and software for tracking stock
- Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and make informed procurement decisions
- Critical thinking ability to troubleshoot stock discrepancies and address supply chain issues promptly
- Proactive approach to prevent stock shortages and ensure uninterrupted spa operations
- Adaptability to adjust inventory plans based on changing demands and market conditions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for creating and maintaining inventory spreadsheets
- Familiarity with procurement processes and procedures in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of stock control principles and best practices for efficient inventory management
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with spa management, staff, and external suppliers
- Ability to support colleagues during peak periods or stock emergencies
