- Will lead daily operations, drive efficiency, and oversee the specialized coating, slitting, and converting processes involved in high-volume adhesive tape manufacturing
- Operations & Strategy:
- Manage day-to-day operations including adhesive formulation, coating, slitting, and packaging to meet production and cost targets
- Safety & Compliance:
- Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance, specifically managing chemical handling and solvent/water-based coating hazards. OHS-ACT Knowledge
- Quality & Finance:
- Maintain ISO standards for polymer and adhesive performance, manage the plant budget, and execute cost-reduction initiatives
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop production, engineering, and supervisory teams
- Project Management:
- Identify, Analyse, Plan and Execute all Site related projects
- Maintenance – Extensive Knowledge and Experience in Maintenance Strategies and Managing a Maintenance Team

- Bachelor’s Degree, B. Tech, or National Diploma in:
- Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Production or Operations Management
- 10+ years in a Senior Leadership Position within a manufacturing environment - adhesive, coating, or packaging industry experience is highly advantageous
- Systems, Quality & Safety
- ERP: Proven experience using SAP or a similar system
- Quality:
- Practical working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
- HSE:
- Completed Health & Safety Training or qualification
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
