Roles and Responsibility

• Compile, simulate, guarantee, analyze the B.O.M. according to the needs of the project.
• Validate the Sales Orders in the production line.
• Responsible for the drafting of SOP and TCP.
• Provide support to the company's areas regarding doubts related to B.O.M. or product characterization plan project delivery dates according to business needs.
• Ensure that engineering project levels are correct in the respective documents used.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Carry out follow up of materials launch by the process engineer.
• Develop standard operating procedures according to the project.

Key Performance Areas

• Project documentation/BOM accuracy on SAP.
• TCP and SOP
• Efficiency.
• Process flow.

Key Performance Indicators

• Read and Interpret Technical drawings.
• Bill of material accuracy.
• Station by Station analysis.
• Cost saving.

Education and Qualifications Requirements

• National diploma in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
• SAP
• Microsoft Excel
