Inherent Requirements	Matric (essential) Valid driver’s license (essential) Results driven, responsible, teamwork, planning and organizational skills, problem solving, ability to maintain high work standards at all times 2–3 years internal sales experience selling into automotive fitment centres or tyre and fitment chains Proven record of opening new accounts and meeting gross profit targets Product knowledge of exhausts, towbars, shocks and suspension New business hunter, comfortable cold calling and prospecting Builds and holds strong customer relationships Negotiation and closing ability Sound automotive product knowledge Computer literate - quotes, orders, basic reporting Persistence and persuasion Planning, organising and self management Honest and hard working Stress tolerance and self - control
